Thanks for all the solid input, guys, definitely adding collagen, fish oil, turmeric, glucosamine and mobility work into the mix and goanna look into Boswellia and CBD too! 💪

Check out Boswellia too underrated anti-inflammatory. I have been taking it for 3 months and my knees feel smoother during squats.

If you’re training hard, also look at your form. No supplement will fix bad mechanics. That said, I still take fish oil and collagen as insurance.

Tried a bunch, but the combo that worked best for me: fish oil, turmeric, and daily stretching. Simple but effective.

CBD has helped me manage joint pain post-training. Not a miracle but reduces soreness and stiffness after big lifts.

Seconding collagen! I take it daily with my protein shake. I’ve had fewer elbow issues since starting it.

I use MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) along with glucosamine. Seems to help reduce stiffness, especially in the mornings.

Honestly, most of those supplements are hit or miss. The best supplement is proper warm-up and mobility work. Don’t skip it.

Collagen peptides with vitamin C game changer for me. Helps with tendons and joint support, especially when lifting heavy.

Glucosamine + chondroitin helped my knees a lot. It took about 2-3 weeks to feel the difference. Worth a try if you’re feeling joint wear.
