Thanks for all the tips, guys! 🙌
Looks like warming up properly really helps with both performance and staying injury-free.
I’m going to stick with some light sets and mobility work before my next session.
Appreciate the advice! 💪

Elbow sleeves, shoulder warm-up, then bar-only bench. Don’t rush it — the warm-up sets make the difference.

I used to skip warm-ups… until I tweaked my lower back. Now I never lift without prepping.

Rower warm-up + shoulder band work before upper body. It only takes 10 mins.

Glute bridges, band walks and light squats before loading the bar. Keeps me injury-free.

Jump rope for 2 mins + mobility for hips and ankles before leg day. Feels smoother.

Foam roll, activation drills, then 2–3 ramp-up sets. I’ve pulled stuff going in cold before. Never again.

Dynamic stretching, shoulder circles and light dumbbells before pressing. It makes a huge difference.

3 light sets before anything heavy. I treat warm-up sets like real sets focused.

No warm-up = injury waiting to happen. I do band work and hip openers before legs.
