How often do you deadlift per week? Overdoing it always messes with my lower back.

Trap bar deadlifts are awesome! They feel more natural and safer for beginners too.

Ever tried tempo deadlifts? They force you to focus on form but man, they’re exhausting.

I think people underestimate the importance of ankle mobility for deadlifts. It helps with balance.

I think lifting belts are fine for max lifts, but they shouldn’t replace good form.

I used to round my back during deadlifts, and it cost me weeks of recovery time. Never again!
