Someone said “daycare” 😂 But yeah, people treat the gym like their living room now. No respect for equipment or other lifters.

My gym staff stopped caring too. They used to call people out. Now they just shrug and say “yeah it gets busy.” Like bro… enforce something.

Bro that’s the worst. You find one dumbbell on one side of the gym and the other one is chilling under a bench like it’s hiding from taxes.

Exactly! I literally walked around for 5 minutes trying to find matching 30s. It felt like a cardio session before my actual workout.

For real though, I blame the new TikTok crowd. They use 5 different dumbbells for one “superset” and leave them like breadcrumbs across the gym.

Same at my spot. Plates left on every machine like someone rage-quit mid-set. You gotta clean up before you can even start training.
