Thanks for the tips! Sounds like some of these take time rather than instant relief gonna try a couple and track how I feel over a few weeks.

Turmeric + black pepper supplement simple and inexpensive, but reduced my joint stiffness more than anything else.

MSM + collagen combo really made a difference when I was hitting heavy squats and legs frequently.

CBD topicals after workouts helped a lot with localized joint aches without feeling drowsy.

Boswellia serrata is underrated. Took a few weeks, but my knees feel noticeably better.

Curcumin (turmeric extract) works way better than glucosamine for me. Not instant, but joints feel less sore.

I rotate fish oil and collagen. Fish oil for inflammation, collagen for connective tissue — both helped over time.

Tried glucosamine, fish oil, collagen… some worked, some didn’t. What’s actually worth buying?
