That's the spirit. Trust the checklist, keep the dials small, and go enjoy your first stage. You've done the hard part already.

Means a lot. I'll post a recap after the show - good or bad, might help the next nervous first-timer who finds this thread.

You're more organised than most first-timers two weeks out. The fact you're not panicking and you're trusting small adjustments tells me you'll bring a good package. Enjoy it.

Already got a list for exactly that. Tan booked, packing the cooler the night before, trunks and music sorted.

Don't forget the boring logistics in the final week - tan appointment booked, food packed, posing trunks sorted, music ready. First-timers nail the diet and then forget the tan and panic on the morning.

That's exactly right and a sign of a good coach. The carb-up is read off your body daily, never forced to a fixed number. Everyone fills out differently.

Starting from a number but adjusting by the mirror. We carb up gradually and check fullness each morning. If I'm filling out we hold, if I'm flat we add a bit. Adjust to the look, not blindly to a spreadsheet.

Carb-up question - is he giving you specific numbers or are you going by look?

That exhaustion is the point - posing is a workout. By show day holding your routine should feel like second nature so you can actually present, not just survive it.

I've been doing it every evening. It's exhausting but I can feel it getting easier to hold the poses.
