Mobility work doesn’t have to take forever to be useful. Sometimes a few minutes of targeted movement before training can make a big difference in how your squat, bench, deadlift, or overhead press feels. I’ve found that the key is figuring out what’s actually limiting your movement instead of just doing random stretches.
For me, ankle mobility, 90/90 hip rotations, thoracic extensions, and shoulder mobility drills have all been helpful depending on the lift. Curious what has made the biggest difference for everyone else. Has one specific mobility move noticeably improved your technique, depth, stability, or range of motion? 💪
