Getting stronger at the smaller movements has helped my compounds too. Bringing up my triceps and upper back made a noticeable difference in my bench.

For me it was cutting out fats. I was terrified of anything with too much fat, so I basically lived on chicken breast, rice, and vegetables. Now I regularly eat eggs, avocado, olive oil, salmon, and nuts. My diet feels way more satisfying now.

I don't try to meal prep my entire week anymore. I usually prepare enough for the next three or four days, see how my schedule looks, then do another quick prep. It keeps the food fresher and gives me more flexibility if plans change.

I stopped treating recovery like a lazy day.
If my sleep is trash and everything feels unusually heavy, I’ll cut the volume instead of forcing the workout. That change alone has helped me stay way more consistent.

Creatine has been the one supplement I haven't felt the need to replace with some newer “advanced” formula. I just keep buying the basic stuff and taking it consistently.
