Cottage cheese before bed is a great shout on a cut. Slow-digesting and it stops the late-night fridge raids. Underrated cut food.

I usually use a lacrosse ball on my glutes. Often back tightness is just tight glutes pulling down.

Tinned salmon or mackerel then, fraction of the price of fillets and the same protein. The mackerel in tomato sauce on toast is an underrated lunch.
