Love this so much. The capability thing is real and it's the part nobody warns you about. You come for the body and you stay for feeling like you could carry the whole shopping in one trip and deadlift the car if needed.

Saving this. I always struggle with hunger when I cut and my days are way lower protein than this. Clearly I've been doing it on too little food and too little protein at once.

Also don't be afraid to take up space and rest properly between sets. You're allowed to use that rack for your full session. You don't owe anyone a rushed workout because they're hovering.

100%. The day I out-squatted half the guys waiting for the rack, the intimidation just evaporated. Strength on the bar translates straight into how you carry yourself everywhere, not just the gym.

Psoas release can also liberate the lower back. Give it a gentle stretch.
