Monohydrate or HCL—which creatine do you swear by?
Share your dose and timing—does it really boost your lifts?

Mono only. 5g daily. Cheap, researched, no nonsense.
Been taking it for 5 years straight.

I switched to HCL for a while—felt easier on my stomach.
Now back to mono cause price adds up.

Mono all the way.
I do it in my post-workout smoothie with berries and whey. Tastes like dessert!

I do micronized mono, dissolves better.
Take it after lifting, no fancy timing needed.

Does anyone actually feel the difference with timing?
I’ve read as long as your stores are full, timing doesn’t matter much.

@Olivia same. Consistency > timing.
I just take it when I remember. Sometimes pre, sometimes post, sometimes with lunch 😂

Mono + carbs works best for me.
Rice cakes + creatine shake post-lift. Muscle volume stays up.

No loading, no cycling.
5g every single day. Even on rest days. Keeps muscles primed.

Anyone here mix creatine with coffee? I heard heat kills it?
