Some guys treat creatine like the holy grail, swear it’s the secret to size and strength. Others say it’s just water weight and hype. What’s been your real experience did it move the needle for you in the gym or just make you hold a pump?

Total game-changer. Within a month, I noticed more reps at the same weight and quicker recovery between sets.

Works well if you’re consistent with it. I skip the loading phase 5g a day and I’m good. No bloat issues for me.

Only side effect I got was looking fuller. People call that ‘water weight,’ I call it looking jacked

For me it’s slow, steady gains. No magic, but I’ve been stronger year after year while taking it.

I take it all year, even when cutting. There’s no reason to cycle off and plenty of research backing it.
