Posing daily is the one nobody regrets and everybody underestimates. Two weeks out you should be running your full routine every day until it's automatic and you can hold mandatories without shaking. It also sharpens your conditioning.

I think my bracing is hit and miss honestly. Sometimes I just grip and rip.

I am training fasted and barely drink anything before. That could be it.

Good distinction. This fades within the hour and there's no next-day soreness beyond normal.

Lower back pumps during deadlifts - is this normal or a warning sign?

Early gym crew - quick one. On my heavier deadlift sets my lower back gets a deep pump, almost a cramp feeling in the erectors. No sharp pain, just intense tightness. Is that a normal pump or something I should worry about?
