@MasonTaylor heat doesn’t kill it but can make it clump.
Cold shake is best IMO.

I get mild bloat on mono but I just drink more water. Solved.

Pro tip: mix it with warm water first then add ice. Dissolves fully.

Anyone else notice better pumps on creatine? My arms feel bigger when I’m consistent.
