I’m in a cutting phase and trying to dial in my cardio. Some people swear by fasted morning sessions, others stick to HIIT, and a few just walk daily.
What type of cardio has helped you burn fat while keeping muscle? How often do you do it? I would love to hear what’s worked for others!

Fasted morning walks helped me lean out without losing muscle. Easy and effective.

I mix HIIT 2x a week with steady-state on off days. Keeps my metabolism up without overtraining.

Stairmaster post-lift for 20 mins. Brutal but burns like crazy!

Jump rope is my go-to. Short, intense and fun.

I just stick to walking 10k steps daily while cutting. Works fine for me.

HIIT all day. 15–20 mins and I'm drenched. It is more efficient than jogging for an hour.

I rotate between bike and incline treadmill. It keeps it fresh and targets different muscles.

Too much cardio killed my gains once. Now I keep it light and short 3x a week max.

Best results came from consistent low-intensity cardio and tight diet. Cardio’s a tool, not magic.
