Newest Addition to Your Supplement Stack?

Post by BigMk91 »

Hey everyone! 👋
Just curious what’s the latest supplement you’ve added to your stack? Could be something for muscle gain, fat loss, recovery, or even general health.
I just picked up a new creatine blend and wondered what others are trying lately. Drop your recent ads and see how they’re working for you!

Just got a tub of beta-alanine. Trying it out for endurance. That tingle is real 😅

Added collagen peptides for joint support. Been loving how my skin and knees feel lately.

Picked up mass gainer last week. Trying to break through a plateau. It tastes like dessert, lol.

Started taking L-carnitine before cardio. Not sure yet about the results, but energy feels decent!

Just restocked on creatine monohydrate. Cheap, simple, and still the GOAT.

Threw in ashwagandha this month. Stress is down and sleep is better. I didn’t expect it to help that much.
