And forgive the missed days instead of spiralling. One skipped session is nothing. People quit not because they miss a day but because missing one makes them feel like a failure and they bin the whole thing.

Exactly. Aim for never two in a row. That single rule has kept me training for years. Great thread, screenshotting half of this.

Same. To sum the thread up: fixed time, packed bag, just start the warmup, track progress, chase a performance goal, and never miss twice. That's the whole game.
